Information is used to review bookings, contact customers, schedule visits, prepare quotations, verify payments, complete work, provide invoices and maintain service records.

Files and payments

Issue files and payment proof are accessible only to the account connected to the job and authorised administrators. Card numbers should never be uploaded or entered into notes. Card transactions, when enabled, use a separate approved payment provider.
